It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eric J. Vorgity of Shillington, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 14, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Emil Vorgity and Josephine Vorgity (Dizenzo); and his siblings, Emil, Michael Vorgity and Susan Vorgity.

He is survived by : his wife Rosemary Vorgity (Stoner); his children, Amy Arnold (James L. Arnold) of Sinking Spring and Steven Eric Vorgity (Yaribey Rodriguez-Vorgity) of Miramar, FL; his grandchildren, James S. Arnold, Emily Arnold, Allison Eirea and Matthew Eirea; his sister Pati Schweikert (Denny) of Whitehall, PA; and his sisters-in-law, Suzann (Stoner), Gehris (Robert) of Reading and Carole Vorgity of Davenport.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Lung Association.
