He was predeceased by : his wife Carol J. Rouse (Dalton); and his parents, Amos Rouse and Mary Grace Rouse (Shaw). He is survived by : his children, Deborah K. Nowotarski (Michael L. Nowotarski) of Reading, Teresa L. Longacre of Shillington, Gregory A. Rouse of Charlotte and Brian C. Rouse (Becca Rouse) of Charlotte; and his siblings, Cheryl Johnson of Franklin and Thomas Spence of Franklin, Ohio.. He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
