She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Adam and Florence Adam; and her husband Charles J. Evans. She is survived by: her children, Charles J. Evans III of North Kingstown, Lawrence Evans, Kathleen Evans of Bucksport and Barbara Evans of Mountville. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
