He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Ann Garrigan (Wilson); his sons, John Garrigan (Connie) of Bernville and Rob Garrigan (Elizabeth) of Shillington; his grandchildren, Heather Kriner, Matthew, Justin Garrigan and Madison Stutzman; his great grandchildren, Ella, Elizabeth, Layla, Penelope, Sarah, Dillon and Evan; and his sister Jane Zimmerman of Bowmansville.
