He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert G. Mallery and Joan Mallery; his daughters, Laura Mallery Ray (Fred), Michelle Mallery Piposar (Jeffrey), Paula Mallery and Katherine Burlingame (Mathew); his grandchildren, Jackson Ray, Sloane, Xander Piposar, Amelia, Riley and Ava Burlingame; ReaAnn Mallery (Gutgsell), Patrick Mallery (Charlotte) of Virginia Beach, Stephen Mallery (Deborah), George Mallery of Eugene, OR and Barbara Mallery Clontz (Jim) of Lancaster, PA. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the The Old Library Restaurant (116 S Union St, Olean, NY 14760).
In lieu of flowers, the family invites those wishing to honor Bob's memory to plant a tree—a fitting tribute to a man whose life and livelihood were so deeply connected to the forests and hardwood industry he loved.
