He was predeceased by: his mother Mildred Louise Hartman; his wife Dorothy Emelyn Weigle Hartman; and his stepson Stanley Helm. He is survived by: his children, Charles Ray Hartman, Jr., Anthony Wayne Hartman, Ann Louise Hartman, Wendy Lea Hartman and Teena Joy Bigler; and his stepdaughters, Belinda Sue Brown, Sandra Jean Paisley and Treva Marie Bailey. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home and Crematorium, Inc. (112 W King St, Shippensburg, PA 17257). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
