He is survived by : his wife Nancy Mangle Mellott; and his children, Michele R. Brandt (Bud), Susan Robinson (Warren), Shanda L. Mellott (Rick Weller), Donna Swanger (Wade), CarolAnn Franklin (Ron) and Jack G. Mellott, Jr. (Sharon). He is also survived by nine granddaughters; one grandson; three great-granddaughters; and three great-grandsons.
