John Washington Diven Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Washington Diven of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 17, 2023 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Franklin and Anna Romaine Diven (Matthews). He is survived by: his close friend Melinda G. Hager of Shippensburg; his daughters, Crystal L. Wadel of Shippensburg and Amanda J. Hollenshead (Justin) of Chambersburg, Crystal.; and also, Christine Miller of Newville, Thomas, Geralynne and Will Hudson (Lisa) of Gardeners. He is also survived by four granddaughters; five grandsons; and 1 great-grandson and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Cumberland Valley Animal Shelter.
