He is survived by: his wife Trudy Jean Horst (Mowery); his siblings, Brenda Derick (Bob) and Marlin Horst (Brenda); his children, Dexter Horst (Ashleigh) and Sheena Miller (Jordan); and his siblings' children, Amy Horst and Tim Derick.
