He was predeceased by: his parents, George L. Fraker and Thelma L. Lynch Fraker; and his brother Jim Fraker. He is survived by: his wife Mary E. Farner Fraker; his daughter Michelle Fraker Doble (Bob); his stepchildren, Sue Dangello (Frank) and Ed L. Reese (Tammy); his grandson R. J. Doble; his stepgranddaughter Katie E. Mills (Tim); his stepgreat-grandson Quentin G. Mills; and his sister Sharon Knouse.
Viewing will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home and Crematorium, Inc. (112 W King St, Shippensburg, PA 17257). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Oscar M. Hykes American Legion Post # 223 (100 Dykeman Rd, Shippensburg, PA 17257).
