She was predeceased by: her spouse Merle L. Smith; and her parents, Kamasaburo Aihara and Nami Aihara. She is survived by: her children, Warren L. Smith of Shrewsbury and Joyce R. Smith-Fitz (Robert) of Aspers; her grandchildren, Nicole Smith-Zeigler (Jason) and Kory Fitz; her great grandchildren, Azlynn Zeigler and Trenton Fitz; and her sister Fumie Aoki of Japan.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Fuji's memory to the New Freedom Senior Center, 150 E. Main St., New Freedom, PA 17349.
