He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Grimek, I and Angela C. Grimek (Liberto); and his stepson Eric J. Moffitt. He is survived by: his wife Susan K. Grimek (Getz); his children, John C. Grimek, II, Jakub A. Grimek (Daniell) and Cory D. Moffitt; his grandchildren, Jeremy T. Moffit (Minday), Jadyn A. Moffitt (Sam), Justin M. Moffitt (Lauren), Annabell L. Moffitt and Bronx L. Bair-Grimek; and his siblings, Regina Ewig, Patricia Stover, Bonnie Day, Robert Grimek and Steve Grimek (Sue). He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.
