He was predeceased by: his parents, John Deckard and Ruth Deckard (Clemens). He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Deckard (Diveley); his children, Lori Jo Richardson (Frank) of Orefield, PA, Karen Mentlik (Gary) of Glen Rock, PA, Jill Mowrey (Steven) of Augusta, WV and Kirby Deater-Deckard (Keirsten); and his siblings, Delores Taylor and Larry Deckard (Susan). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 5 great-granddaughters.
