He is survived by: his children, Roger E. Broadwater Jr. of Shrewsbury, PA, Angela D. Barnes (Bruce) of Stewartstown, PA and Nichole E. Broadwater of Shrewsbury, PA; his siblings, Mahlon Broadwater of Pahrump, NV and Elaine Norris of Cumberland, MD; and his sister-in-law Marlene Broadwater of Barton, MD..
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Restlawn Memorial Gardens (11128 Cash Valley Rd NW, La Vale, MD 21502).
