He was predeceased by: his wife Eileen F. Stover (Benner); his parents, Edwin Stover and Florence Stover (Luxton); and his brother John Stover of Sellersville, PA. He is survived by: his daughter Candy A. Tuttle of Silverdale, PA; his siblings, Irwin Stover (Marie) of Sellersville, PA, Raymond Stover of Kulpsville, PA, Carol Dunar (Paul) of South Carolina and Darlene Fosque (Craig) of Delaware; and his uncle James Stover. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and cousins on both sides of his family.
