He was predeceased by: his father Mark Salvati. He is survived by: his mother Brenda Salvati (Kurcik); his sister Christina Jozos (Brian); his nephews, Mark, Wyatt and Colton Jozos; his uncle Stephen Salvati; and his aunts, Valerie Rotunda (Gregory), Catharine Camper (James), Linda Slawinski (Michael), Anna Alfonsi (Alberto) and Rosemarie Kurcik. He is also survived by numerous cousins, extended family, friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Michael's name can be made to the Gift of Life Donor Program.
