He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth F. Sibel (Geyer); his parents, Charles W. Sibel, Jr. and Coe Sibel (Diehl); and his son Robert W. Sibel, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Karen Sibel Eberbach of Worcester, PA; and his siblings, Charles W. Sibel, III of Colmar, PA and Mary Lou Piazza of Shamokin, PA. He is also survived by four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
