She was predeceased by : her spouse Francis G. Lancsak; her parents, John Gusick and Elizabeth Gusick (Gavalcin); her son John Lancsak; and her siblings, Joseph, Martin, Michael Gusick, Helen Serfass and Elizabeth Gnas.

She is survived by : her children, Mary E. (Terry Kunkle) and Francis G. Lancsak, II (Patricia).
