She was predeceased by: her husband Warren G. Horn; her parents, Walter Handwerk and Arlene Handwerk (Anthony); and her son Scott M. Horn. She is survived by: her children, Keith A. Horn of Slatington, Lisa M. Horn Christman of Florida, Gary A. Horn of Slatington and Steve E. Horn of Slatington; her grandchildren, Lucus Kibler, Damon Rex, Scott Horn, Jr. and Nicole Horn; and her brothers, Walter Handwerk, Jr. of Germansville and Richard Handwerk of Slatington.
