She is survived by: her daughter Wanda E. Church; her grandchildren, Kaytie, Cody, Teague, Calista, Cordelia and Jacob III; and her great grandchildren, Amber, Jacob IV, Everleigh, Elena, Maebel, Levi, Cody, Jr. and Michael.
