He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit Friebolin and LaRue Friebolin (Hensinger); and his grandson Ehren Friebolin. He is survived by: his wife Wanda (Cressman); his sons, Josh (Angela) and Seth; his grandsons, Rhett, Hugh and Sloan Friebolin; and his sister Lenore Handwerk of New Tripoli. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
