He is survived by : his mother Mae Tanczos of Slatington; his sister Dawn German of Lake Park, GA.; his nieces and nephews, Shawn Jacob of Lake Jackson, TX, Aaron German of Lake Park, GA and Rhianna German of Allentown, PA.; and his caregiver Shannon Wiechec (Erica Troy) of Hatfield, PA. He is also survived by 8 great nieces and nephews.
