She was predeceased by: her husbands, Frank C. Creasey and Roland T. Mack; her parents, Walter Roth and Bertha Roth (Person); her son Larry D. Creasey; and her sister Pauline Newhart.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen K. (Ronald Bird); her grandsons, Larry D. Creasey, Jr. and Chad Mankos; her stepgranddaughter Rhonda Hanzarik; her great grandchildren, Sid, Gaige Creasey and Alexia Mankos; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Hunter and Rachel Hanzarik.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Slatington Public Library, 650 Main St, Slatington.
