He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin A. Frantz and Kathryn Frantz (Machuzik); and his brother Franklin. He is survived by: his wife Elaine L. Frantz (Mack); his sons, Marc R. Frantz (Donna) and Corey J. Frantz (Meredith); his grandchildren, Cameron, Olivia and Louisa; and his sister-in-law Carol Sue Frantz. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Assumption BVM Memorial Fund, both c/o of the funeral home.
