He is survived by: his children, Melissa (Terry Williams) of Slatington, Donna (Jeff White) of Dallas, Texas, William Oswald (Kathy) of Danville, Virginia, Nevin Frey (Denise) of Lehighton and Charles Frey (Laura) of Lehighton; and his brothers, Richard Oswald (late Janet) of Tamaqua and Thomas Oswald (Sandy) of Tamaqua. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; one great-grandchild.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Ben Salem United Church of Christ (1965 Church Hill Rd, Lehighton, PA 18235).
