He was predeceased by: his spouse Shirley A. Hillborn (Mack); his parents, Frederick Hillborn and Margaret Hillborn (Frederick); and his brother Frederick Hillborn, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Larry H. Hillborn, Jr. (Amy) of Berlinsville and Rhonda (Dave Hoffer) of Walnutport; his grandchildren, Lee Hillborn, Sydney Lewert, Marissa Wagner and Bradley Wagner; and his great grandchildren, Caden, Katarina and Zayn.
