She was predeceased by: her parents, George Phillips and Elda Phillips (Rex); and her sister Gloria Leiby. She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry A. (Eugene Vargson) of Lehighton and Tanya V. Tuggle (Josh Ruth) of Slatington; her grandchildren, Jacob, Geno and Jaime; and her siblings, Gerald Phillips (Shirley) of Slatington and Donna Handwerk of Walnutport.
