With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Zachary Leiby (Slatington, Pennsylvania), born in Allentown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 26, 2019 at the age of 23. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent Donald J. Leiby; and his grandfathers, Harold J. Smith and David Lewis. He is survived by: his parent Gina M. Leiby; his significant other William Hude; his brother Lucas Leiby; his half-sister Amanda Papay; his grandmother Margaret Smith; his aunt Nicole Viola (Paul); his uncle Jason Smith; and his cousins, Vincent, Mikayla Viola and Kaitlyn Smith.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Gift of Life Donor Program.
