She was predeceased by: her parents, Clair E. Hoyman and Florence Fennell Hoyman; her husband Alfred L. Gross; her siblings, Ray "Buck" Hoyman, William "Bill" Hoyman, Estella Hohn, Ruth Holtzer, Gladys Piper and Ada Kepple; Donald E. Hoyman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Gale Vanderella (Martin) of Leola, Lois Weaver (Jeff Richards) of Greensburg and Eileen Elicker (Charlie) of Apollo; and her grandchildren, Nora Rose Vanderella, Mark Vanderella (Andrea), Heather Weaver Good (Jacob), Julie Weaver Loya (Jared), Kyle Elicker and Katie Elicker. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
