Charles Sack Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Sack of Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 16, 2026 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis J. Sack and Mary Sack (Vitale); and his sisters, Carol Ann Slater and Evelyn Rose. He is survived by: his wife Shirley J Fair; his brothers, Ronald J. Sack (Carolyn) of Slippery Rock and Anthony J. Sack (Lucy) of Grove City; his nieces, Vanessa Misner (Shawn) of Grove City and Andrea Sack of McLean, VA; his nephew James Slater (Sandy) of Pittsburgh; and his great-nephews, Nicholas Slater of Buckhannon, WV and Nathan Slater of Pittsburgh.
