He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Russell Bell and Dorothy Mae Miller Bell; his wife Mary Louanna Hovis of Slippery Rock; his daughter Susan Elaine (Clinton Master) of Slippery Rock; and his grandchildren, Chelsea Laughner (Jesse), Ashley Rea (Spencer), Jayce and Jayden Laughner.
