She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Cragle and Bernadine Cragle; her siblings, Andy Cragle and Melissa Vrabel; and her children, Amity Potichko and Eric Eisenhauer.

She is survived by: her sons, Brian Eisenhauer and Garrett Hittle; her grandchildren, Brian, Shawn, Keri, Erica Eisenhauer and Ashleigh Protichko; her siblings, Earl Cragle (Skip) and Christine Fleeger; Damien Schumaker-Suarez.

In lieu of flowers, Gail requests monetary donations to Muhlenburg United Methodist Church in her memory, or a charity of one's choice.
