Hart of Smethport, PA; her children, Cody Hart of Smethport, PA, Dustin Hart (Skye) of Smethport, PA and Stephani Hart (Bronson) of DuBois, PA; her stepson Mark Hart Jr. (Melissa) of Uniontown, PA; her siblings, Leon Mead Jr. (Ellen) of Jacksonville, FL, Norman Mead (Michelle) of Apalachin, NY and Judy Blackman (Perry) of Erie, PA; her niece Eileen Smith (Randon) of Bradford, PA; and her nephew Drake Stewart of Bradford, PA.
