She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Durphy and Mildred Marsh Durphy; her husbands, William Perkins Sr. and Russell Williams; her daughters, Nancy L. Klink and Mary E. Holland; her grandson Donald W. Klink; and her siblings, Kendrick Durphy and Alice Newman.
She is survived by: her children, William Perkins Jr. (Donna Cleveland) and Sandra K. Perkins (Ed West). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, several great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
