He is survived by: his wife Linda S. Milliron of Coryville; his daughters, Johanna L. Nieboer (Matthew) of Rochester, NY and Beth A. Kach (Steve) of Churchville, PA.; his grandchildren, Grace McClarin (Noah), Jack Nieboer (Laura), Sam Nieboer, Nathan Kach (Julia Kach) and Sister Carolyn Russell of Eldred; and his sister Karen Jeannerette of Duke Center, PA.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hartle-Tarbox Funeral Homes, Inc. (2 Bank St, Smethport, PA 16749). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
