He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Baldwin and Alice Baldwin; his wife Sandra K. Baldwin; and his siblings, James Baldwin, Joy Singer and Katherine Whitman.

He is survived by: his children, Pamela Taggart (Fredrick) of Strasburg, PA, Roseanne Bristow (Richard), Charles Baldwin (Tanya) of Elizabethtown, PA and William Baldwin (Misty) of Smethport, PA; his siblings, Patricia Burkhouse (Lloyd) of Bradford, PA and Clark Baldwin (Jane) of Vestal, NY.; his grandchildren, Derrick Wright (Lindsay), Shelby Redmond (Ruben), Tyler Baldwin (Paige Vogel), Samantha Bristow, Sutton Taggart and Evan Taggart; and his great grandchildren, Carter Redmond and Grayson Hannah.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Coryville Church of Faith Moody Hollow Eldred, PA (1913 Moody Hollow Rd, Eldred, PA 16731).

Memorials, if desired, may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
