He was predeceased by: his father Phillip "Cricky" Benjamin. He is survived by: his mother Donna M. Benjamin (Rossi); his children, Ayden Blair of Phillip, Benjamin of Smethport and Autumn Benjamin of Smethport; his siblings, Tammy Nolte (Chad Warnick) of Mt. Jewett and Christopher Benjamin of Deersville, OH.; his nieces and nephews, Nicole Nolte, Kyle Nolte (Ashley) and Matthew Nolte; his great-nephew Owen Nolte; his great-niece Katelynn Nolte; and his brother-in-law Brad Nolte of Smethport. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
