She was predeceased by: her father Richard A. Walker, Sr.; and her granddaughter Rowan. She is survived by: her mother Penny A. Walker, Sr. (Carlson) of Smethport; her husband Mark S. Bradshaw; her children, Logan M. Akers of Clermont, PA. and Montana J. Akers of Farmers Valley, PA.; her stepdaughter Christine Bradshaw of Ridgway, PA.; her grandchildren, Callie, Rian, Alyce and Alice; and her siblings, Richard Walker, Jr. (Jessica) of Clermont, PA, William Walker (Beth) of Clermont, PA, Dennis Walker (Jodi) of Smethport and Kimberly Bloom (Tom) of Corry, PA.
