We are sad to announce that on October 14, 2022, at the age of 73, Donald M. Chamberlin of Smithfield, Pennsylvania, born in Newark, New Jersey passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Donald M. Chamberlin to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Gale Chamberlin and Eleanor Chamberlin (Nardi); his stepson Nicholas Litterio Jr.; and his siblings, Robert Chamberlin, James Chamberlin, Constance Fusco and William Chamberlin.

He is survived by : his wife Mary L. (Sofko); his daughter Carley Hartzell (John) of Mt. Bethel; his granddaughter Isla Hartzell; and his siblings-in-law, Ted Fusco, Laurie Chamberlin, Gloria Chamberlin, Eileen Barton, Sharon and John Kasperan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial remembrances be made to Valor Clinic Foundation, 1130 Scenic Drive, Kunkletown, PA 18058.
