He was predeceased by: his parents, William S. Leech and Rosalee Leech (Robinson); and his brothers, William "Billy" Leech, Jr. and Ronnie Leech. He is survived by: his wife Doris Leech (Scott); his children, Douglas Leech Jr. (Dana) of Morgantown, WV, Cheryl Blaney (Gregory) of Morgantown, WV and Pamela Reid (Roger) of Mount Pleasant, PA.; his stepgrandchildren, Christy Leech Burns, Douglas M. Leech (Leila), Jarod Blaney (Kadie), Lauren Reynolds (Daryl), Ryan Reid (Apryl), Megan Domeck (Christian), Joshua Zerkel (Morgan), Aaron Zerkel, Meghan Fields (Will) and Jacob Zerkel; Sharon Oberlechner Leech. He is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren.
A reception will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mount Moriah Baptist Church (30 Church St, Smithfield, PA 15478).
