He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert M. Hill, Sr. and Mildred Ellen Hill; and his siblings, Arnold Hill, Fred Hill, Robert Hill, Jr., Mildred Carole Tate and Kathryn Dailey.

He is survived by : his siblings, Donald Hill, Sr. of Chestnut Ridge and Dorothy Satullo (Sam) of Avon, OH; and his caregiver Melissa Zitney. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
