He was predeceased by : his parents, Anthony DeAngelis and Josephine DeAngelis (Pacello); his parents-in-law, Harold and Anita Jacobs; and his siblings-in-law, Autumn Fike, Heather Sherman and Raymond Allen Jacobs.
He is survived by : his wife Gisele DeAngelis (Jacobs) of Smithfield; his sister Patty Afragola of North Haven, CT; his siblings-in-law, Parris, Tammy Jacobs, Kim, Ralph Burnette, Kipling and Martha Jacobs; his niece Holly Mangosh-Newberry of Kempner, TX; and his nephew Christopher Jacobs. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
