It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorraine Clark Rhodes of Smithfield, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 12, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Wilmer Clark and Lula McCarthy; her husband Walter S. Rhodes; her children, Donald Gregory Grimes and Laurel Lynne Barber; and her siblings, William Clark, James Clark, Felton Clark, Daniel Clark and Evelyn Taggert.

She is survived by : her brothers-in-law, David Tarcy and Larry Thompson; her children-in-law, Helen Grimes of Venetia, PA and Robert Barber of Virginia; her stepchildren, Casey Rhodes (Diane) of Morgantown, WV and Jenny Rhodes of Morgantown, WV; her grandchildren, Marie Barber of Virginia, Robert Barber (Mary) of Virginia, Amiee Nemani of Venetia and Brian Grimes (Tara) of Venetia; her great grandchildren, Michelle, Brandon, Hailey, Shaylynn, Leela, Nalin, Emery and Luca; her stepgrandchildren, Andrew, Alex of Morgantown, WV and Marilyn of Gans, PA; her sisters, Mollie Thompson of Coal Center, PA and Libby Tarcy of Smithfield; and her sister-in-law Marilyn Clark of Gans. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in her name to Gans United Methodist Church.
