He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Harmon and Betty Ann Harmon (Beatty); and his brother Mark Harmon. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Rebecca L. Harmon, Kathleen M. Foy (Glen) and Andrew P. Harmon (Katie); his grandchildren, W. Pierce Dowling, Preston Dowling, Oliver Harmon and Arthur Harmon; his brother Timothy Harmon; and his sisters-in-law, Denise and Heather Harmon.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lindsay-Jobe Funeral Home, Inc. (3343 PA-130, Harrison City, PA 15636).

Memorial contributions may be made, if desired, to the charity of the donors choice.
