He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Beers and Opal Bonnie Beers (Kruise). He is survived by: his children, Kevin Beers (Miranda) of Smithmill, Shannon Beers (Gregory) of Mechanicsburg and Nathan Beers of Smithmill; and his siblings, William Beers, Jr. of Utahville, Gary Beers of Utahville, Robert Beers of Smithmill and Laura Ross of Flinton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
