He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kotlar and Mary Steinbaugh Kotlar; and his sisters, Loretta Indof and Patricia Vargo. He is survived by: his daughters, Stacey Williams (David) of Upper Burrell, Danielle Lang (Richard) of Plum and Casandra Kotlar of Brackenridge; his grandchildren, Brianna, David, Dayne Williams, Makenzie, Darryn Lang, Daniel and Sophia Flatt; his great grandchildren, Roman and Hudson Williams; and his siblings, Kathy Omasta (Ivan) and William Kotlar.
