He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Chiaravalle (Ambrose); his children, Jeffrey Chiaravalle (Marleen), Brian Chiaravalle (Anita) and JoAnn Chiaravalle; and his granddaughter Amanda Chiaravalle (Teddy Potter). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
