He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph L. Lanatovich and Audrey D. Lanatovich (Hilliard); his son Joseph M. Lanatovich II; his sister Bonnie Sue Miller; his father-in-law John Wayne Thompson; and his brother-in-law Shawn Thompson.
He is survived by: his wife Kimberly A. Lanatovich (Thompson) of Smithton; his son Jacob D. Lanatovich of Latrobe; his sister Kimberly Krupa of Latrobe; his mother-in-law Joan Thompson; his brother-in-law Dennis Miller; and his pet Blizzard. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins.
Viewing will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lopatich-Brinker Funeral Home (601 Weldon St, Latrobe, PA 15650). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 12:30 PM and at 1:00 PM at the same location.
