It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cynthia Sue Trimmer of Smock, Pennsylvania, born in Connellsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 3, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, John Thorpe and Ethel Thorpe (Shaffer); and her brother William K. "Bill" Thorpe. She is survived by : her husband Douglas K. Trimmer; her children, Stacey Griffin (Brian) of Uniontown and Kenneth Trimmer (Michelle) of Smock; her grandchildren, Lauren, Noah, Julia, Hope and Grace; her brother Thomas Thorpe (Judy) of Vanderbilt; and her pet Sassy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
