He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph J. Augustine, and Helen C. Wojcik Augustine, Sr.; his former wife Lois Ann Williams Augustine; and his stepchildren, Kim Berthlotte and Arthur "Micky" McDade.

He is survived by: his wife Charlene; his children, Lisa Andursky (John Svokos), Sue Apicella (Ap), Laurie Walters (Colin Rockwell) and Joey Augustine (Melanie); his grandchildren, Dominic Apicella, Adam Apicella, Christopher Baisden, Shane Walters, Austin Walters, Lexi Augustine, Jaiden Augustine, Samantha Bush (John) and Katie Payton (Brian); his great grandchildren, Kennedy, Cambrie, Parker, Chase, Renley, Lucas, Mason and Aurora; his sisters, Irene Augustine, Dorothy Augustine and Joan Niemits; and his caregivers, Missy, Holly, Jami and Taylor. He is also survived by niece, nephews and cousins.
